当サロンでは外出自粛要請を受け、状況により週末の休業や営業時間短縮を行っております。スタッフの出勤日の調整や予約時間の分散など、できる限りお客様の便宜にお応えできるよう工夫はしておりますが、お客様にはご予約の制限や時間の変更などご迷惑をお掛け致しておりますこと、心苦しく、お詫び申し上げます。

尚、当該状況を受け、お客様には下記の諸事項をご了承いただきたく存じます。

①緊急事態宣言などによる臨時休業や営業時間の変更の際に備え、お客様のご連絡先をお知らせ頂いております。

②感染予防の一環として、風邪の症状や37.5度以上の発熱がある方、海外より帰国後2週間以内の方、またはそれに該当する方との接触があった方は、ご来店をご遠慮頂いております。

③お客様のご来店時に、アルコール除菌スプレーでの手指消毒のご協力をお願いしております。

お客様とスタッフの安全のため、皆様には何卒ご理解頂きたく存じます。

また、当サロンでは、スタッフの出勤、休憩後や外出後、接客の際には、手洗い、うがい、手指消毒の徹底。マスクの着用。出勤前の体調管理も致しております。

We thank you for always giving us your patronage of Masato Paris.

Tokyo Metropolitan requests people to refrain from going out at night and weekend in order to protect us against COVID-19, and we may possibly be closing our salon on weekend or shortening business hours. We are working for customer's convenience as much as possible, adjusting the staff’s work shift and dispersing the reservation time. However, there might be inconveniences for customer such as limited slots on reservation and change of reservation time. We apologize you for the matters.

Under the situation, we would like customers to acknowledge the following notes.

① We ask you to provide us with your contact information in case of temporary closure or business hours change due to an emergency declaration.

② To prevent customers or our staffs from the virus transmission, please refrain from coming to the store if you have a cold or a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, if you have returned from overseas within 2 weeks or have contacted with those who is concerned.

③ When customer comeｓ to the store, we strongly recommend you hand disinfection with alcohol disinfectant spray at the reception.

These are for the safety of our customers and staffs. And we thank you for your understanding.

In addition, at Massato Paris, we mandate our staffs to wash hands, gargle and disinfect hands and fingers at the time of show up, after a break or going out and before serving customer, and wearing a mask as well. We also manage the staff’s physical condition before work.

We are hoping that the new Corona virus infection has disappeared soon and happy days come!
